The THS invites you to submit an abstract for a podium presentation and poster competition to be held during the first annual Texas Hand Society meeting. The THS is holding this competition to recognize excellence and outstanding contributions to the practice of Hand Surgery in Texas.

This is a great opportunity to promote the exchange of surgical, scientific and socioeconomic information among hand surgeons and other providers interested in the practice of hand surgery.  We hope that you'll see the value in submitting an abstract for a podium presentation or poster.

The top abstracts for podium presentation will be presented at the THS Annual Meeting on Saturday afternoon, January 31, 2026. Poster presentations will also be presented on Saturday afternoon. Abstracts submitted for podium presentation not selected for presentation can be converted to a poster and considered for a poster award.  Exact presentation times will be communicated prior to January 8th.

Podium presentations and posters will be judged by a select group of THS active members as designed by the THS Awards Committee. Both podium presentation and poster awards will be presented on Saturday evening, January 31 at the President's Dinner.

We recognize the continued pursuit of excellence with the following awards:
